A/Z Plan Eligibility
Who Is Eligible
- All active full-time and regular part-time employees and regular salaried employees of Ford or Lincoln.
- Eligible retirees, surviving spouses, and immediate family members as defined by the AXZ Plan.
- Employees on approved leaves of absence or layoff (limited time).
- Certain subsidiary and affiliated company employees as approved by Ford Motor Company.
- Immediate family members include spouse, parents, children (including in-laws and stepchildren), siblings, grandparents, and grandchildren. Additional eligible relations may apply; please ask our team for full details.
X Plan Eligibility
Who is Eligible
- Employees and retirees of select partner companies, suppliers, fleets, or approved organizations.
- Residents of the same household (must provide proof of residency).
- Friends and neighbors sponsored by a Ford or Lincoln employee or retiree (up to four per year).
Common Questions
How does the process work?
Obtain your PIN online or by phone using the resources above. Provide your PIN, proof of eligibility, and required documentation to our team at Don Franklin Elizabethtown Lincoln. Select your new Lincoln, and we will help you with the rest of the process.
How long is my PIN valid?
Most PINs remain active for twelve months from the date of issue.
Can AXZ Plan pricing be combined with other offers?
In many cases, additional incentives may apply. We will review all current offers and determine your eligibility for the maximum possible savings.
Are pre-owned vehicles eligible?
No, AXZ Plan pricing is available for new Lincoln vehicles only.
Do I have to finance through Lincoln Financial Services?
Special leasing options under the plan require Lincoln Financial Services, but purchasing with outside financing is permitted.
